Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global clientele:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our straightforward process:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be new, unworn, and with all original tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Belts & Suspenders (unless defective)
  • Pocket Squares (unless defective)
  • All clearance items marked “Final Sale”

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is issued

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We will ship your new item once the return is received

Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a free return and replacement

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable
